FEES
Upfront Commission: - upfront commission on mortgages ranges from 0.55% to 0.85% This is a one off fee.
Ongoing Commission:- Some financial institutions pay an ongoing commission which range from 0.15%pa to 0.25%pa until the loan is repaid in full
CLAWBACKS
When you close your mortgage with the bank within 27 months the bank will clawback a portion of commission paid to me. Depending on the reasons for repayment of the mortgage I may charge you the portion of the commission that I have to repay the bank. This will be done through phone discussion with you.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (if any)
We are here for our clients and to advise you as best we can. Your interests are our priority although we do have business relationships with product providers also. From time to time our product providers assist us with funding so we can bring our advisers together for conferences and professional development training.
We manage these conflicts of interest by ensuring that we prioritise your interest above our own. The advice we provide is based on understanding your goals and circumstances and providing recommendations which are based on research. I have a register of Conflict which allows me to actively manage any conflicts which rise.
REFERRAL FEES
We receive referral commission from Tower Insurance if we refer clients to them and an insurance is taken up.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have worked for a retail bank for 28yrs as a lending officer and undertook all of their training.
Have worked as a Mortgage Adviser for the past 10 years undertaking training on banks products as required.

EXPERIENCE
I have been providing financial advice mainly on mortgage and lending products and services for my clients since 2013. Prior to becoming a Financial Adviser, I was employed from 1985 to 2013 in various positions in a retail bank in New Zealand.

I have been a practitioner of Financial Advice New Zealand since 2013
I am a member of the Newpark Group and they provide me with Continuing Professional development and Adviser Days.
